Each of the ten bedrooms in this Punt Mita Villa has a cathedral ceiling with beams and a ceiling fan; some also have their own wall-mounted Flat-Screen TV. All have quality bedroom furniture along with a relaxing seating area. Three have a king-sized bed and a high-grade, tiled en-suite bathroom with luxury fittings, as well as direct access to a patio or deck. Three other bedrooms also have a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom along with dual or triple aspect.

Three further bedrooms are equipped with either one or two queen-sized beds and have an en-suite bathroom or a half bath. Only one has direct access to a patio or deck, whereas others are situated close to one of the five shared bathrooms stationed around the villa. A spacious bunk room comprises of three queen-sized beds and two twin beds.
