Wailea Beach Villas Residence D301 is a Hawaii vacation rental in the popular resort area of Wailea, in South Maui. This ocean-view luxury villa is one of the most requested villa residences in the gated Wailea Beach Villas resort complex due to its layout and ocean views. Residence D301 is located steps away from award-winning Wailea Beach on the island's southwestern shore.

There are three bedrooms in this Wailea rental -- two Master suites and one additional guestroom. The Master bedrooms each feature ocean views or garden views, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom shares a bathroom and offers garden views.

The Maui vacation rental's master bedroom offers its guests a four-poster king-size bed for tranquil sleeping and a corner sitting area with overstuffed chair. Additional features include bedside tables, reading lights, a walk-in closet, and an armoire that contains a cable-ready flat-screen television. Floor to ceiling windows allow a full view of the beach and Pacific Ocean during the day. A glass door leads guests to the main lanai of this Maui vacation rental.  The en-suite master bath has a shower with seating, a free-standing soak tub, and double vanity sink. 

Adjacent to the Master Bedroom in this Wailea rental is the Second Master. This bedroom has a queen-size bed, side tables, loveseat, dresser, and hanging flat-screen television. The walk-in closet contains extra pillows, blankets, a down duvet, embroidered bath robe, and privacy safe. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity sink.

Rounding off the sleeping areas of this Maui Villa is the third bedroom. It has a queen bed and private lanai with chairs and table that faces the property's gardens. A connecting bathroom features a walk-in shower, single vanity, bathrobes, and toiletries.

The villa's Asian influenced great room has ample seating. The sofa and chairs feature patterned cushions on bamboo-woven bases. The room's walls are adorned with paintings from local Maui artists. This room also contains a 52-inch flat screen TV with surround sound. A DVD/CD player, digital cable box, and MP3/iPod input also come in the entertainment area.

The Pacific is seen from the room's floor to ceiling windows. Guests can access the main lanai from this location, allowing for incredible indoor-outdoor living. The wide space contains chaise lounges and a six-seat table. Guests are encouraged to cook outside on the built-in Viking rotisserie grill and Sub-Zero refrigerator surrounded by marble counter tops.

The dining area sits between the great room and gourmet kitchen. It contains a six-seat, glass, round top table with bamboo-woven chairs. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for meals while staying in the rental. Granite countertops sit atop wooden cabinets. The kitchen island features a double sink, open spaces for preparation, and additional seating for diners. Other features offered are a five-burner stove, blender, rice cooker, toaster, and a full-sized refrigerator and wine cooler.

The villa also comes with all the standard features found in the Wailea Beach Villas, including Central Air, ceiling fans in most rooms, kitchenware, Wi-Fi and a full-size washer and dryer.

Note that this gorgeous unit sits above a cliff affording incredible ocean views. It is also adjacent to the Marriott Resort, which allows guests staying here to view and enjoy the resort’s luau, which takes place nightly. This happens every night between 6:00 and 8:00 pm or 5:00 and 7:00 pm in the winter months.
