This condominium is a  second story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex, with almost 2,500 sq. ft of  living space and panoramic ocean and golf course views. The home is  designer decorated with mahogany wood trim and stone finishes throughout  and  includes a covered lanai (patio) complete with a wet bar, SubZero  under-counter refrigerator and a built-in Wolf stainless steel gas  barbecue and rotisserie. There are two master suites, both of which  feature coffered ceilings and walk in closets. The master baths boast  soaking tubs and spacious walk-in stone and glass showers. To enhance  your travel experience each room is fitted with new hypo-allergenic  pillows. New fax machine, printer, scanner, high speed wifi...ample parking available. The Hale ‘Ikena Amenity Center is  exclusive to Wai’ula’ula homeowners and guests, and is the epitome of a  fitness, swimming and activity center. Surrounded by a dramatic infinity  edge pool which reaches towards the Pacific, there are shallow water  sunning areas as well as oversize lounges for relaxing while enjoying  the view of the horizon. This is the idyllic spot for a heart-pumping  workout, a lazy day at the pool, or even a dinner party using the  poolside kitchen or barbeque.

Enjoy all the amenities of the world-renowned Mauna Kea Resort,  including easy access to beautiful white sand beaches (includes lounge  chairs and towels) , award-winning golf courses (hotel guest rates),  tennis courts (hotel guest rates), fitness centers, spas, restaurants,  as well as hotel concierge services. There is a fee for resort amenity  access which you pay directly to the resort. Mauna Kea is located along  the beautiful and famed Kohala Coast. This area of the island is quiet  and peaceful, yet only a thirty minute drive from the airport. The towns  of Kawaihae and Waimea are conveniently close, five and twenty minutes  respectively, with each offering a wide variety of dining and shopping  options. Please note, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Resort is undergoing a phased renovation through mid-2025. As a result, guests may notice changes in availability of certain amenities and activities during that time.
  • Mauna Kea Main Tower: Closed from 4/15-11/20/2024
  • Dining: The Westin Hapuna will maintain its usual operations, offering four dining options. Mauna Kea Resort's dining venues, aside from Restaurant #3, will remain open with occasional closures, offering guests one breakfast, one lunch, and two dinner options daily.
  • Pools: Access at The Westin Hapuna remains unchanged. Mauna Kea Resort pool will be worked on in 2025.
  • Beaches: Mauna Kea Beach operations continue as normal.
  • Fitness Centers: Mauna Kea's center remains open until the new one is ready; The Hapuna Fitness Center is available.
  • Golf Courses: The Westin Hapuna Golf Course operates as usual; Mauna Kea Course closed from April 15 to November 15, 2024.
  • Tennis: No changes to tennis.
  • Spa Services: The Hapana Spa by Mandara operates as usual, while Mauna Kea Spa closes on April 15, 2024.
