    The entire rental experience was exceptional from start to finish. The
    business-side with was efficient, timely and effortless. Communication
    was top-notch. The property itself was beautiful, well maintained and
    accurately described. This property is unlike many rentals, where the
    furnishings make you feel as though you are in a rental. The linens,
    towels, dishes, appliances, dishware, utensils, etc. are top quality,
    like you'd have in your own home. A 6-person hot tub that actually
    holds 6 people... COMFORTABLY (two of which were 6'+ tall). Nothing
    but good things to say about this property. My next trip to Breck will
    include another stay here.

    don’t do the place justice. The views are incredible! We spent three
    weeks here on a family vacation and have no complaints about our stay.
    We had everything we needed for an extended trip. The management
    company was very quick to respond when we had questions or needed
    help. We would definitely stay here again.

    perfect for our family and made the Holiday very special. The house
    was in a perfect location and had all the amenities we could ask for.
    The home is absolutely beautiful and well built.

    It was an experience. Within 5 min of arrival - we noticed the bed
    frame support was broken - that couple had an extremely uncomfortable
    night. So much so they were going to sleep on the floor if it didn’t
    get fixed. Maintenance did not fix it til the next day. One of the
    toilet seats was completely unscrewed, from the toilet (not one of the
    click in options). The location is beautiful, the house gives off a
    great cabin vibe. The mattress, in the pull out couch, is like
    sleeping in a board. Communication had a good response time, it was
    just 6-7pm when we arrive our first night and noticed the problems
    with the bed and toilet seat. Overall the stay was good, except for
    those 2 issues. When you are staying 2 nights - it’s half your stay.

    This house was amazing! It is greatly maintained - everything seems
    like new including the furniture and decor. The location was a few
    minutes from Main Street, but the views of the mountains and sunsets
    were amazing. It was very comfortable and felt like home away from
    home. We will definitely stay here again!

    This home appears to be brand new, so new that not all windows had
    window coverings yet, but those that did were fancy Hunter Douglas
    electronic coverings. They also need some furniture on the deck, but I
    bet that is coming. The living room really only seats 3 people, but
    the kitchen table has plenty of chairs to move around. The layout and
    kitchen amenities were plentiful (more silverware & glasses than I'd
    ever seen in a rental unit). Could use a few more spices and cooking
    basics, like olive oil and sugar, but those will probably accumulate
    with more guests. Every bedroom had a beautiful attached bathroom and
    large closet. The double garage is also spacious and plenty of room
    for two more cars in the driveway. The place is located near the
    Breckenridge golf course and about 3 miles outside the town, which we
    love. It's also close to the bike trail that goes between Breckenridge
    and Frisco. I highly recommend this property!
