LOCATION – This custom home is located in The Estates at Snowy Point near the base of Peak 8. It is located within walking distance (approximately 300 yards) to the 4 O’clock Ski Run - when conditions permit.

AMENITIES – The Cawha Outlook Chalet has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you are not in the mood to cook there is a gas grill located on the main level deck. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities you can relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level. The family room area comes complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV.

All properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking - 2 car garage with 1 space available - 2 outdoor spaces - 3 spaces total
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No Pets/No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• Renters must be a minimum of 30 years old, ID and guest list required at time of booking
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation.

The Chalet was wonderful, plenty of space, warm and cosy even in the snow and such a wonderful view out of the big picture windows. We were sorry to leave and hope to return soon.

    This beautiful home came as advertised! Everything worked perfectly
    from sound system, fireplace, hot tub, etc. and it was ski in/out with
    just a short walk to and from. We had a plumbing problem which they
    came end fixed immediately and we got snowed in (yay!) ad they came in
    with some heavy equipment and plowed us out pronto!

    It's a 5 min drive or Uber into to so super convenient.

    This house is amazing for a large group! Plenty of beds and bathrooms!
    Plus the bathroom floors are heated are you kidding me!! What a plus!
    Hot Tub was great! The location is secluded which was really nice when
    in the backyard you it feels very private especially having the hot
    tub back there as well was real nice. The only tough thing if you do
    not have a car for getting to ski lifts there is a great path that you
    can walk to get you to four oclock ski run and to the ski lift but its
    a little walk. The shuttle is a bit away also so I would recommend
    uber/lyft or a rental car to get to town or ski lifts if walking is
    not your strong suite. However what a place to stay! Could not say
    anything better about this House just perfect!

    and the faucets were finicky and not performing perfectly. Also, the
    in-house elevator was restricted to owner use, which was a major
    bummer considering we had a 7 month pregnant guest and another guest
    who just had foot surgery two months ago.
