This flat is lovely! It's in a great location, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing locations -- gorgeous views from the street of the castle. Best of all, Maggie was quite helpful throughout the process and even recommended some favorite restaurants. We would recommend this to everyone.

VisitBreck was easy to work with and stocked the condo with a good supply of condiments. The condo afforded a comfortable and clean place to rest each evening, and the convenience of its location provided a place away from the traffic of town, yet within a fairly short walking distance of the shops.

Good location and easy walk. Free bus service across the street. Needs updating. Carpet everwhere, including bathrooms and kitchen. One small TV in a 2 bedroom place. 2 bathrooms was a nice feature. Outdoor hot tub close and fantastic. Large shared garage parking was nice.

This is the second year we have stay in this unit. Last year, the dishwasher didn't work - thankfully they did fix that. However, the disposal bearly works just like last year. The toilet seats need to be changed, there are three humidifiers - only one works and you really need all three - lots of bloody noses. We tried to have a fire one night but there wasn't any fire wood in the shed. Most of the outlets are loose and need to be replaced. The biggest problem was the unit (208) above had a party at 2:30 am (loud music, slammed doors, screaming). VisitBreck.com told us to call the cops if it happened again.
Overall the visit wasn't awful, but it could have been so much better with just a little expense.

4 of us stayed here for 5 nights. My only complaint was that the pull out couch was broken when we got there. I called in the evening and the next day someone came and replaced the entire guts of it. Other than that, it was what we expected and paid for. We were in Breck for Snowboarding and the place was wonderful. 4 blocks to mainstreet. The on-demand shuttle provided by VisitBreck was key. Call the number and the guy will pick you up whereever and take you wherever.

My family of six just spent an awesome Spring Break in Breckenridge. We have stayed in several condos over the years there and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others. It is just perfect for a cozy getaway in the beautiful mountains. It was well furnished and comfortable. There is a great sledding hill in the park that the kids will love. We purchased and left two sleds there we hope will stay with the condo.

As a side note, you will need extra towels for a stay longer than three days. Also, the sofa sleeper needed a little attention as it was not comfortable enough to spend more than one night on even for kids. While I wouldn't recommend walking to the slopes, there is the free shuttle that picks up and drops off across from the parking lot that will take you anywhere you want to go in town. Also, Breckenridge Accomodations offers a complimentary shuttle to and from any location. I also enjoyed the underground parking that kept my car from the weather. I would definatly vacation there again.

Great home for four. It is close to slopes
and town. Also, a walk to fun sledding hill.

Powder Ridge is ideally placed for those who want to ski every available minute and those who would rather take it gently! The layout of the condo is different from the kind of place we have in the UK but it is neat and clean and well serviced.

Our party of 5 was on the slope by 9:00 (some days) but were able to amble round the shops and enjoy the French cafe for a break. Everything is on your doorstep.

For those without transport the condominium is on the bus route to the lifts as well as being just a short walk from the town. Also it is a great place for children with the toboggan runs in the park next door.

We have stayed in Powder Ridge 3 times so far and each time the available amenities seem to have improved along with the resort.

I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge who wants to be able to have a choice of holiday....lively or quiet. Either way they will have a great time here.

Great location and ease of booking. Actual Unit is pretty dated. Needs
deep cleaning, painting and some basic updating. Upstairs unit can
sound very loud at certain times. Otherwise great location, well
appointed kitchen and good customer service and ease of booking.

Great location and easy in and out to anywhere you need to go. Short
walk to Main St for dining and shopping. Comfortable bedrooms with
stocked kitchen and cozy living space. I’d recommend for anyone
wanting to spend time in Breckenridge

It was a comfortable and very easily accessible Room. Room was clean
    and overall, very nice.

Overall it's a great place to stay. Pros- Convenient to town and the
ski slopes. We didn't take the shuttle once and it was fine. The condo
complex is nice. The hot tub is nice but can be busy. The wooded view
from the balcony is peaceful. The size of the unit is comfortable and
the island/bar is a nice feature. Beds are comfortable. Cons- You can
hear the people in the unit above you more than you should be able to.
The couch is run down and needs replaced. Overall- would stay there
    again.

We loved this condo. Cozy two bedroom two bath, nice open kitchen and
bar area with fireplace. This unit has an enclosed garage with
stairway up to condo level. Super nice to have vs scraping the snow
off your car in the morning. The condo has a jacuzzi for all guests
and owners. We were just to busy to enjoy.
Location is perfect. 5 mins to downtowns many shops and restaurants.
We are not skiers but 25 mins to snowmobiling, 50 minutes to
dogsledding and 3 minutes to the city ice skating center.
Will be booking again in the future.
