LOCATION – Cedars offers one of the best slopeside locations in Breckenridge and is within steps of the QuickSilver Lift. Families with children will be especially delighted that ski school is located so close. Not only is Cedars in the perfect slopeside location but it is ideally situated in the heart of Breckenridge. It sits within walking distance to Main Street to enjoy restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This unit is close to everything!

AMENITIES – This homey 3 level townhome-style condo comes equipped with a fully-remodeled kitchen, private parking garage, private laundry and hot tub. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

All properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking - 2 spaces total
• 2 car garage
• AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

    We stayed here for a long weekend in August and it was wonderful! The location was very spacious and had a beautiful mountain feel with the decor. The hot tub was amazing too! It was only a couple minute walk to downtown or to the ski slopes if that is what you are looking for. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

    The biggest selling point of this rental is location and the hot tub.
    Those two things alone, would make me give 5 out of 5 stars. It is ski
    in ski out and walking distance from downtown. The hot tub is just off
    the dining area in a closed in area. The place is a little dated but
    just a great rental. The rental agency answers super fast and was
    super helpful as well.

    The Cedars 53 property is a nice destination in Breckenridge that is
    less than a 10-minute walk into town and it’s a tucked a few blocks
    off Main St which helps to keep things quiet. The amenities are good
    with two highlights being the gas fireplace that turns on with a
    simple switch as well as the private, in-unit hot tub off the dining
    room. There is plenty of space for a family to spent time together or
    spread out. The property overlooks the courtyard from the common area
    and the master bedroom. The two car garage was a nice way to keep cars
    protected from weather and becoming little ovens from parking in the
    sun. The kitchen is well equipped if you choose to prepare meals at
    home.

    A few things that could have been better include the door locks for
    both sliding patio doors being non-functional. There are wooden
    stoppers placed in the rails of each door that will prevent opening,
    but this isn’t the most secure set up and in the case of the master
    bedroom slider, the door doesn’t ever shut completely. None of the
    sliding doors or windows have screens which will allow flies and other
    bugs into the home when windows are open. The vertical blinds in the
    master bedroom should be replaced. There was a slat missing from each
    end and they are curled to a point that they do not block lights from
    other units at night or the sun during the day. Finally, the keypad
    door lock on the front door is a little twitchy and didn’t always
    work well, so we ended up going in and out through the garage a lot.

    What a great place!!! This house was perfect for my family of 6 - 2
    parents and 4 older kids (age 17-21) Everyone was comfortable, slept
    well, ate together etc. We all were able to hangout comfortably in the
    living room, the games were nice to have, keep adding to that
    selection :) The location to the slopes was a short walk across a
    Courtyard and downtown was walkable too. The house is clean, not all
    white and fancy where you are nervous to scuff something up or
    anything, all comfort!

    This is a terrific property, well-maintained, and a perfect location.
    Just about 100 paces to the slope leading to Quicksilver run. And less
    than 5-minutes walk to the heart of the village. We never used our
    vehicle the entire week. The kitchen is perfect for a short stay, the
    unit is quite spacious in all rooms, and the private hot tub is a
    fabulous feature. The only small annoyance was that the main bed was
    not terribly comfortable and the pillows were awful. So take your own
    pillow. But aside from that, the place was perfect for a ski vacation.

    We arrived a few hours early and we were able to get in early. Place
    was very nice, clean and in a great location. Everything you need is
    there. I only recommend they replace the blinds in bedrms. Old and
    alot of light comes thru at night. Condo in great location.

    Cedars 53 is the ideal location for Peak 10 Breckendridge skiing.
    Speing skiing at Peak 10 ends the second weekend of April so beware if
    you are planning after that as they close the lifts on Peak 9,10.
    A 100ft walk to the slopes and under 1/4 mile walk to town makes the
    location perfect to ski and enjoy the Apres Ski in town.
    The townhome with indoor private 6 person Hot Tub is well equipped.
    Sleeping is a master King Room with its own bathroom. A queen room and
    another upd/down bunk twin beds sharing a bath on the second level.
    You can barely hear sound from downstairs .
    Mattresses and pillows NEED to be replaced.
    Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, toaster oven and Mr. Coffee
    with plenty of filters . Basic seasonings. Bring your own Pam.
    Overall a Very Good home to stay for skiing

    Cedars 53 was as good as advertised with regards to location,
    cleanliness, and overall comfort. The check in process was effortless
    after our long trip from Florida which was a really great start to our
    vacation. We walked to most of our day and nighttime activities
    including skiing from peak 9 base which was super convenient. The only
    activity that we drove to was a guided snowmobile tour with Good Times
    Adventures which was another great experience. I will definitely
    recommend this property to anyone I know planning a trip to
    Breckenridge.

    Good experience overall. Great location for ski in ski out. The place
    is old and outdated though. All furniture and beds need to be
    replaced. Carpet and general furnishings could be updated as well. Hot
    tub was great.

    to cook and plenty of space to relax. Ample
    Closet space and the bathrooms were stocked with fresh, clean towels.
    The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare family
    meals. The living room was comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace.
