Very nice house that easily accommodated 12 of us (age 21-82). Three
others stayed nearby. Room to all be together, nice BBQ and outdoor
deck. Management company was very communicative and made check
in/check out very simple.

2022 Summer vacation was perfect in the mountains. Our family came
from Oklahoma and Arizona - both states in the 100's before we left
for Colorado which was 70's and 40's at night.
The house was a perfect fit for the 10 of us. We were close to
fishing, hiking, golf, the gondalas and shopping. It checked off all
the boxes for us.
The only thing I would suggest - a couple of the beds were really hard
and uncomfortable.

My family rented this home for Christmas 2021 and we enjoyed it
immensely. There was plenty of room and it was a nice, clean, well
appointed home. The only issue would be that the outlets in the
bathrooms on top floor and the ones in the kitchen island didn't work
for some reason.

Over all we had a great time, we went to a new place we had never been
before. The weather was pretty nice. The only issue was that windows
did not have screens, so it was a little warm, especially on the 2nd
floor bedrooms. Other then that the house pretty nice.

well organized. Property was as described and very nice. No complaints

Amazing and seamless experience. The house was fabulous. Some of the
kitchen appliances are outdated. It was fine, just meant longer
cooking times. The kitchen has everything (seriously, everything) you
need. My friends and I were very comfortable at the house and the WIFI
worked great. The only complaint I received was that one of the beds
downstairs slopes downward making it a bit awkward, not uncomfortable,
to sleep in. Pinnacle was AMAZING. I will never book through Airbnb
while visiting Colorado. I will be booking with them. They text you
throughout your stay to make sure you are comfortable and answer any
questions that you have. Their customer service is supreme. The house
is about 10 minutes to the mountain and downtown. Ubers are rare
heading downtown so keep that in mind. Truly an unforgettable stay.
