As you step in, you’ll slip into a St. Barth state of mind by the serene atmosphere of this unfussy and offering superlative views. With its airy and bright décor and the oversized windows, enjoy sumptuous views of the glistening Caribbean Sea from all the rooms in the house and the beguiling terrace and pool area.

Three of the bedrooms in this luxury villa are located on the same off the living room, lending to conviviality. Each one is equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a rain head shower. You will have access to modern comforts, including A/C, HDTV, Canal Sat, Dish Network, Apple TV and iPod connection. Each bedroom has direct access to the magnificent terrace and its views on the rugged southeastern shores of St. Barth below.

If some of your guests desire more privacy, the fourth bedroom is located on the level below and has its own private entrance. Besides the amenities present in the other bedrooms, it also includes a small sitting area, a kitchenette, and a lovely private sun deck. While St. Barth is very safe, there is a programmable safe located in each bedroom and as well as coded entrance gate.

However, we are willing to bet that you will be spending every second of the day outside, soaking in the sun lounging on the expansive deck and diving in the heated infinity pool. The gas barbecue and refrigerator are ready to set up a quick meal without leaving this paradise, while the ice machine and blender make it convenient to concoct another umbrella drink. If you are in the mood to work out, you can do so contemplating the ocean in the well-equipped fitness room

You and your guests will have plenty of space to gather and share relaxing moments indoors as well. The kitchen is set up so you (or your private chef, if you so fancy) can prepare gourmet meals with an oven and a microwave. Breakfasts will be a breeze thanks to the toaster, an essresso machine and a coffee maker, a juicer and a blender. The living room offers all the comfort of home and then some with an attached half bathroom and the unobstructed views on the sea and blue skies.
